Instructor

Ingrid Rhodes is a mum, and lives in the UK with her family. She is a registered and qualified integrative counsellor and psychotherapist with her own private practice in the UK and online. She is passionate about supporting individuals, especially parents, through emotional challenges, with a particular interest in perinatal mental health and helping families reconnect with confidence, compassion, and joy. Ingrid deeply values compassion for oneself and others, and believes in normalising emotional struggles as part of life rather than something to hide or feel ashamed of, because life itself is the best school. Alongside her therapeutic work, Ingrid has always loved creativity and music, writing, and storytelling. As a Montessori Guide, Positive Discipline Educator, Solihull educator and mum, she brings together psychotherapy, parenting, and education to create children’s books inspired by the Montessori method. Her stories aim to help children learn from everyday life, while also supporting parents to feel more connected, understood, and able to love parenting again.
